Welcome to Sexhibition Social. By creating an account or accessing this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in full. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register, access, or use this platform in any way. By creating an account, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and to terminate any account we have reason to believe belongs to a minor.

2. What This Platform Is

Sexhibition Social is an adult social community for exhibitionists and like-minded individuals. It is a space for sharing nudity, rating physical appearances, and having open, honest discussions about attraction, bodies, and sexuality. Participation is entirely voluntary and opt-in.

This platform is explicitly not a dating or escort service. It is not a place to solicit sexual services or to arrange real-world meetings for sexual purposes. Any such use is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate, permanent account termination.

3. Honesty & Community Culture

We actively encourage honesty and direct expression. Members are expected to say what they genuinely think rather than what they believe others want to hear. Rating, critique, and blunt opinion are a core part of this community — not a violation of it.

That said, honesty is not a license for targeted abuse. There is a clear difference between "I find this unattractive" and a sustained personal attack. The former is welcome here; the latter is not.

4. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:

• Uploading, sharing, or linking to any content that depicts or involves minors in a sexual or inappropriate context. This will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual content — images or videos of real people shared without their explicit consent.
• Content that is illegal in your country of residence or the country where this service is hosted.
• Impersonating another person, whether a member of this platform or a public figure.
• Threats of physical harm, blackmail, or doxxing (publishing personal identifying information about another user).
• Soliciting or offering sexual services, prostitution, or escorting.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, circumvent bans, or artificially inflate your standing.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

5. Ratings & Discussions

Rating members and their images is a primary activity on this platform. Ratings are expressions of personal opinion and subjective attraction. A low rating is not harassment — it is a vote. Members who upload content accept that they will receive honest ratings, including low scores.

Discussion is open and free. We do not censor opinions on appearance, attraction, or sexuality, provided they are expressed as opinion and not as targeted campaigns against a specific person.

6. Content You Upload

You retain full ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant Sexhibition Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content to other users in accordance with the visibility settings you choose (Public, Members Only, or Friends Only).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you share — including the consent of any other individuals who appear in it.

You may delete your content and your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your content will be removed from public view. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes for a limited period.

7. Visibility & Privacy

You control who can see your profile and images through your privacy settings. However, you acknowledge that no technical measure is entirely foolproof — do not upload content you would be devastated to have seen outside this platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: your email address, hashed password, and the content and profile information you choose to provide.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users can report content and accounts using the built-in reporting tools. All reports are reviewed by moderators.

Moderation decisions are final. Do not create a new account to circumvent a suspension or ban — doing so will result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

Illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. This includes but is not limited to: the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate image sharing ("revenge porn"), threats of violence, and any other conduct that constitutes a criminal offence. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any content posted by users, or for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform.
